Meet the President of Keystone Realty, Don Massimo

Don Massimo has been active and successful in Realt Estate since 1972. He started Keystone Realty in 1986 and has continued to grow our business successfully while maintaining the highest quality service to our clients. His knowledge and experience in real estate investing and property management is invaluable. Don holds a Bachelor’s degree in real estate, has been appointed as the Treasurer of the Hawthorne/Lawndale Board of Realtors as we as the President of the Hawthorne/Lawndale Board of Realtors, twice. In addition to the above he holds a certificate of achievement for Real Estate Tax counseling. Don has the answer to any question you might ask, come in and try him.

Meet Robin Massimo Vice President Of Daily Operations

Hello and welcome to Keystone Realty Property Management! My name is Robin Massimo, the head of Keystone Realty’s Daily Operations. I am a licensed Realtor, and have certifications in residential property management and commercial property management. Throughout my career I have gained much experience in managing residential property, as well as conducting many multifamily building sales, and exchanges.

For the past 14 years my profession has been in Real Estate, primarily property management. During this time I have taken pride in helping our clients achieve and maintain the highest returns on their real estate investments by keeping expenses low and rental income high. In addition I provide consultation to our clients regarding how, when, and why to increase their investment portfolios. I also oversee our maintenance department, which includes scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance, as wells as the rehab of vacant units.

Prior to Real Estate I served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Support Technician for 4 years aboard the USS John F. Kennedy CV-67. While in active duty I was placed in charge of a 10 person work force. We were tasked with ensuring mission safety and efficiency by maintaining the upkeep of department vehicles/equipment. I also served on the Fire Damage Control Team during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Currently I am a husband and father to a great family who I am very proud of. My wife and I have 4 kids together, 2 boys and 2 girls, and it does get busy, but we love it! I always have a story to tell if you get me talking about them. Come in and say hi, I love meeting new people and new clients.

Meet Shannon Massimo

Hello! My name is Shannon Massimo, and no, I am not married to Rob Massimo. I became interested in the real estate business when my husband and I bought our first house. My fascination with reading legalese and the mounds of forms that are accumulated during the process planted the initial seed of curiosity. This is kind of interesting, I thought, but I had Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Health Administration and healthcare was going to be the field for me, I just knew it.

Then life took me on a journey I did not expect, and I became a stay-at-home mom for 5 years. During that time, my interest piqued again as we moved a second time. I took my classes, earned my license, and have been working for Keystone Realty and Investments for the past year.
As my entire career lays out before me, I plan on becoming the foremost authority on property management in the South Bay. I strive to outperform excellence in all I do by maintaining tenant relationships, caring for my client’s properties, and expanding their portfolios for the benefit of all involved. I will care for your tenants, properties, and portfolios as if they are my own.
Furthermore, as I grow as a real estate agent, I want to progress in the buying and selling of real property. Using the insight gained from my own homebuying experiences, I hope to be able to one day serve you in the purchase of yours.
